SOUNDS OF THE SEASON CONCERT, RAFFLE & RECEPTION

SALES KICK OFF!

Please join me in giving a big round of applause to our amazing fundraising team of Alyson Booth, Jeannie Denton and Amy Vaughn who have been working towards this kick off since last May! AND we CANNOT forget our very own Website Guru, Ashlie Seabolt who we literally could not do this without!

The fundraising team is visited our choir classes today to present the what, why, and how of our Sounds of the Season fundraiser! We are asking each student to sell a minimum of $150 in raffle tickets. This should be super easy to do with the amazing raffle basket offerings and the simplicity of the process!

Please click through each of the links below for very important Sounds of the Season information:

  • Waxahachie: Thanks for all the snacks provided - we have enough left over to use for our next round at Lake Highlands (Oct 15), with the exception of water. Sign UP here for Saturday, October 15th.

  • Thanks for the early morning spirited send off by the parents with signs, pompoms, etc. Kids loved it. Our kids were very well behaved at this VERY large audition. Proud of them & Thank you to the amazing volunteers who helped with chaperoning the kids at Waxahachie. Esp. Rosa Cordray, Amy Vaughn, Bill Carroll, Anne Hatch, Shana Wilcox, and SYMARA FELDMAN!!!

  • We willl be calling for more volunteers for the weekend of October 15th, so if your child is attending please consider volunteering to chaperone. This is a smaller event and much closer at Lake Highlands High School. Look for a communication for volunteers. This will likely be a long day for our singers. Reminder that HOCO is this evening, so plan ahead on any hair/nails, etc!
